1.Ex-work means pick up at our warehouse in Shenzhen City, China.
2.Function of product is described in our Proforma Invoice (hereafter P/I) and User's Manual.
Buyer is advised to verify the product name, model number, colour and the function of product carefully before
placing a purchase order or accepting our P/I or making an advance payment.
3. Payment made by buyer against receipt of our P/I indicates and confirms buyers' acceptanceof our P/I
and terms of this document.
Delivery
1. Delivery Lead Time: it is the length of time starting from the receipt of advance payment to the date
when our products are available for pick up in our Shenzhen warehouse, otherwise as specified in our P/I.
2. Delivery Lead Time is covered by our guarantee.
3. In case of delay in Delivery Lead Time, buyer will be notified 5 working days in advance.
Compensation of delay in Delivery Lead Time is no more than 5% of total invoice value.
4. Any other potential or materialized losses, costs or damages caused directly or indirectly by our delay in
Delivery Lead Time is not cover by our guarantee.
5. Shipping forwarding agent is appointed by buyer.
6. Under buyer's requirement,we can recommend forwarding agent and arrange for shipping on behalf of buyer
as providing an extra service.
7. Time length of transportation (from the day of pick up in our Shenzhen warehouse to the day of arrival at
destination) is not covered by our guarantee. This is because time length of transportation by air or by ocean
shipping or by trucking is only under the control of the transportation company; it is not controlled by us
as producer.
Quality
1. We provide quality guarantee of 12 months for our player, starting from the day of pick up.
2. We provide quality guarantee of 6 months for our memory cards, support system and other accessories
or parts, starting from the day of pick up.
3. Our quality guarantee means replacement of good unit against faulty units, including player, memory cards,
support system, accessories or parts.

Trading, Delivery and Quality Guarantee Terms
Procedure of Quality Claim:
3.1 Buyer to ship back the claimed faulty units, and pays for freight.
3.2 Our engineer to check and verify the quality problems.
3.3 Good working units to be sent back (or invoiced value to be refunded) to buyer if quality problems claimed
is confirmed and accepted by our engineer as being producer's responsibility. We pay for freight.
3.4 Quality guarantee is void if buyer fails to send back claimed faulty units.
3.5 Repair job and freight are chargeable to buyer after one year guarantee expires.
4. Any other potential or materialized losses, costs or damages caused directly or indirectly by the malfunction
or failure of quality of our product is not cover by our guarantee.
5. The following areas are not under the cover of our guarantee and service will be charged:
5.1 Damaged caused due to improper usage by user such as not using according to the instructions of
the User's Manual
5.2 Damaged caused by reasons other than quality or design of the player
5.3 Damages caused by opening the player's case by users themselves
5.4 Damages caused by fire or natural disaster or accidents
